A Candlelight for the Victims of the Colorado Massacre

Incase you haven't heard, the midnight premiere of "The Dark Knight Rises" in Denver, Colorado, turned into a tragic crime scene. According to reports, suspected gunman, 24-year-old James Holmes entered the theatre and released unknown gas and gun shots killing 12 people and injuring at least 50 others, including a 4 month old baby. Holmes is now in custody.

Happenings like this exceed my scope of reason. Again, we are reminded (in an awful manner) of the fragility of life and of the kind of world we live in.

All you and I can do is pray for the souls lost, and for their grieving families, that God will grant them peace beyond understanding, like only He can. We should also pray for quick recovery for all those who were wounded in this senseless crime.

May the souls of all the victims of the Colorado massacre rest in eternal peace and May God grant the survivors a speedy recovery, physically, mentally and emotionally.
